How a unit works
Trained, then trusted
01
A head who answers
Each unit has a head of department accountable for its people and its standard.
02
Its own training
Nobody serves untrained. Every unit brings its new members up to the standard of the house.
03
Reported, not assumed
Units report on their work, so the whole house can see what is actually happening.
